Instructions for the application for Flet's Hikari with OCN service.

Needed Info

Before going to the form, you should be ready to provide the following:

1. Address including the building name (even if the post office delivers mail without it).
2. Contact phone number (e.g., mobile or home phone, work number or other number where you can be contacted)
3. Email addresses--regular and/or mobile (providing both is recommended)

ID Documents

After completing the application form, you will need to prepare copies of identification documentation to be provided to BBapply to establish your identity, residence, etc. Links to instructions are below and you'll also receive them by email after applying.
