Flet's ADSL with OCN and NTT Phone Service

Instructions for the application for to have both NTT telephone service and Flet's ADSL with OCN installed:

Necessary Info

Before starting the application, you should be ready to provide the following:

1. Address including the building name (even if the post office delivers mail without it).
2. Contact phone number (e.g., mobile phone)
3. Work number (required instead of a cash deposit). If you don't have a job, enter another landline number in the application form with an explanation.
4. Email addresses--regular and/or mobile (providing both is recommended)
5. Days and times you can be available to meet NTT installers (if necessary–25% chance). The times must be:
   • Monday-Friday except holidays
   • Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
   • Minimum two-hour period (longer may be required in some areas).
