Instructions for the application for Flet's ADSL with OCN for applicants who already have NTT phone service connected and working:

Before starting the application, you should be ready to provide the following:

1. Address including the building name (even if the post office delivers mail without it).
2. Contact phone number (e.g., mobile phone)
3. Work number (required instead of a cash deposit). If you don't have a job, enter another landline number in the application form with an explanation.
4. Email addresses--regular and/or mobile (providing both is recommended)
