Application for NTT Phone Service

Use the procedure on this page if you want an NTT line but do not want internet access at this time. If you also want internet access, you should choose another application.

How to apply

You may make application online. The online application form works on both regular computers and most mobile phones.

Needed Info

Before starting the application, you should be ready to provide the following:

1. Address including the building name (even if the post office delivers mail without it).
2. Contact phone number (e.g., mobile phone)
3. Work number (required by NTT instead of a cash deposit). If you don't have a job, enter another landline number in the application form with an explanation.
4. Email addresses--regular and/or mobile (providing both is recommended)
5. Days and times you can be available to meet NTT installers (if necessary--25% chance). The times must be:
   • Monday-Friday except holidays
   • Between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM
   • Minimum two-hour period (longer may be required in some areas).
