Flet's ADSL with OCNFlet's ADSL service may be used on a line with working NTT telephone service (called Type 1) or without working telephone service (called Type 2). The expectation that many have that Type 2 will be much cheaper is not correct. Before deciding which way to go, you may want to review the pricing page.
