If you do not have working NTT phone service now, you may elect to obtain Yahoo! BB ADSL service either with or without NTT phone service.

To keep things simple and save money (it's usually ¥113 to ¥376 less per month but in certain cases, may be ¥149 more), most people usually want to get ADSL without the NTT service. However, you should know that there are several other considerations such as time to connnection and ease of reconnecting the service if you move that may be important to you.
