BBapply is an Application Agent. The service we provide is assistance in filing applications. Our primary function is to provide English support for the application process. Please feel free to contact us if you are seeking a broadband connection or have questions about the process.

What BBapply Doesn't Do

Before contacting BBapply, please understand that BBapply is not Yahoo! BB or NTT.

We are paid by the Service Providers only for helping you apply. We are not paid for answering questions about trouble connecting, billing or canceling service.

However, that doesn't mean we will abandon you after filing your application with the provider.

In fact, we will help you to the extent that we can. We ask, however, that before contact us, you look for the answer in our online support areas or with the actual service provider. Links and phone numbers for that follow. If that fails, then please feel free to ask us anything and using the service.
