Hikari Family with OCN Prices

This page shows the prices you can expect to pay for Flet's Hikari (fiber optic) with OCN services in Eastern Japan.
NTT landline phone numbers in the NTT East area start with 01 through 04. If the phone numbers in your area start with 05 through 09, then you should go to the Western Japan Prices page.
Note: Phone numbers that have a zero in the 3rd position (e.g., 050, 070, 080, 090) are not NTT landline numbers.
Hikari Family
Family-type connections are stand-alone connections where the fiber optic cable is brought all the way to the residence. "Family" connections are also possible in some apartment buildings where "Mansion" service has not been arranged.

NOTICE: There is no minimum contract period. However, if you receive the free connection benefit and discontinue using the service within 6 months, you will be billed an early disconnection fee of ¥10,500 unless you continue using a Flet's Hikari service at your new residence. If Flet's Hikari is not offered at the new location, you may fulfill the usage requirement by using Flet's ADSL instead.
