Owner's Permission for Hikari Family

If you are applying for "Flet's Hikari Family" (a type of connection where wires are brought from the street to a house or one apartment*) then, before installation can be arranged, you must obtain permission of the building or house owner.

We have prepared a Japanese letter that you can print and present to your building manager or owner. It explains in your request in Japanese and informs that there is no charge to them.

Once you have the completed form, just fax it to us at 0797-38-0449. (The number is also on the form.) You should keep the form itself in your files in case they complain about the work when you move out.
