English Support for Yahoo! BB Customers
There are two types of Yahoo! BB support, Account and Technical, but only Account Support has a dedicated English Support Line. Technical support in English is available, however, as explained below.
Account Support
Yahoo BB's Official English Customer Support Line provides support for matters relating to the status of applications, procedures when moving or canceling service, etc. They do not take applications or answer technical questions. (Actually, they may try to answer some technical questions, but only the most simple and, in the end, they'll still advise calling the Technical line.)
The Yahoo! BB English Account Support Line has two numbers. One is toll-free but it doesn't work from cell phones, some IP phones or PHS Handy phones. The other is a regular number but they will call you back to verify your identity, putting the charge on them.
Note that, if called from the wrong kind of phone you will just get a 'busy' signal instead of an information message. However, that line usually is not busy so if you get a busy signal several times, you should try the regular number.

Technical Support
Yahoo! BB's technical support phone lines are Japanese only so if it will help if you have someone who can make the call for you. If not, just call in English. They will first try to get you to find someone to call for you in Japanese, but if you insist that that is not possible, they will often try to find someone who can speak English or they may call you back later. Like the Account number above, it doesn't work from cell phones, some IP phones or PHS Handy phones.

Tips for using the FAQ/Forum:
- Take care in choosing a "Subject" for your question. A concise statement of that question in the subject line will help others find their answers. Avoid making your subject something like "Help!! Hurry!!" or "Question about BBPhone." Such subject lines will not help others find answers.
- Follow the rules of the host, Eikaiwa.net by being "civil." If you're angry about Yahoo or something, fine, state your complaint. But do it in a calm and polite manner. Abusive or rude comments will only result in your post being deleted whereas a calm statement of your complaint may result in resolution of the problem.
