Hikari BBPhone

IP PHONE TOLLS
Calls using Yahoo's BBPhone (IP phone) are low compared to conventional phones and mobiles so many users find that the savings in toll charges they get by using BBPhone will cover much or all of the basic cost of the Yahoo! BB service. Calls within Japan are 7.99 yen/three minutes to any landline phone unless you're calling one of Yahoo! BB's 5 million subscribers in which case the call is completely free.

MOBILES
Calls placed to mobile phones are 20-25 yen per one minute to anywhere in Japan. That price can be reduced 30% by using Yahoo's Keitai30 discount plan.

INTERNATIONAL
Calls made to numbers outside Japan are the cheapest available to most countries (e.g., U.S.A. is 7.5 yen/3 mins). There is no extra charge for calling international mobile phones.

To some countries, however, Brastel cards offer the best rate. If that's the case for your country, then you'll be happy to know that Brastel has a Yahoo! BBPhone number. Since BBPhone-to-BBPhone calls are free, that allows Brastel to give you an even lower price than their usual bottom rate if you use Yahoo! BB.

One-time Connection Fee: ¥3,150 (Paid by Yahoo! BB and then charged to the customer at rate of ¥105/month for 30 months. Balance forgiven in cancel early.)
